How it works

At DigitPlus we follow a set of protocols strictly, and in doing so we assure the client the best of our abilities and skills, round the clock and through the year. To know how we function for your needs and requirements, take a look at the proceedings below, it would make better understanding for everyone.

Step – 1

A Service Specification Form would be sent to new clients. Please key in basic details which would allow DigitPlus to understand your needs and requirements accordingly

Step – 2

DigitPlus Backoffice Solutions caters to Australian clients, with first free trial assignments to judge. We encourage clients to check the quality of work and the turn around time in which deliverables are given. This is absolutely free and sans obligations of any kind, yes there are free meals that DigitPlus serves. One has the liberty to walk out on the free trial anytime through this course.

Step – 3

DigitPlus would check the form filled by the client and using a secured server/FTP/Drop box set up, work on the client’s VPN (Virtual Private Network) would be taken care of

Step – 4

A Job Instruction sheet, completed and returned by the client has to come along when the job begins from the clients end.

Step – 5

Method of Job Processing:

  • Client uploads the data on server/FTP/drop box and provides us instructions for processing in our instruction sheet.
  • We process the job in a team consisting of preparer and reviewer. While processing the job, we might come across some queries and ask more details from the client about them in specific format.
  • Once the queries have been resolved, we finalize the job by ensuring completion of all details mentioned in instruction sheet and then send it back to client. We are not tax agents. We just provide back office support to Australian Accounting Firms.
  • After the client approves the job, we send them a detail time sheet.

Step – 6

DigitPlus raises invoices as per the terms decided with the client, weekly/ Fortnightly/ Monthly basis.
